Welcome to Pgee, an app for playing and making short games. By using Pgee you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Who can use Pgee

Anyone can play games in Pgee without an account. You must be at least 13 to create an account. When you first open the app we ask for your birth month and year, and we only show games rated for your age. If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google. Keep your account secure and tell us if you think someone else is using it. You can delete your account at any time from your profile (Menu → Delete account).

Games

Games in Pgee are made by Pgee and by creators. They run in a protected area of the app and don't receive your account details. Some games have computer opponents powered by AI; they only see the game itself, never who you are.

What you post

You own what you post (comments, your profile, games you make). You give Pgee permission to host, show and share it in the app and to promote Pgee. Don't post anything that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent, misleading, or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't impersonate others, spam, or try to break, scrape or overload the service.

Safety and moderation

You can report comments, games and people, and block people, from the app. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. To report something urgent, write to yeonatan00@gmail.com.

Changes and ending

Pgee is changing quickly. We may add, change or remove features, and we may update these terms; if the changes are important we'll tell you in the app. You can stop using Pgee at any time, and we may suspend access if you break these terms.

No warranty

Pgee is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (Pgee is currently free). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
