Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Pgee collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect as little as we can and we don't sell your data or show ads.

Without an account

• An install ID: a random number made on your device, so the feed can learn which games you enjoy. It isn't linked to your name.
• Your age range: the app asks for your birth month and year and sends us only an age range (under 13, 13–15, 16–17 or 18+) to choose which games to show. Your birthday stays on your device.
• How you use the feed: which games you see, play, skip, finish and score in, so we can recommend games and measure what's fun.
• Technical data: your IP address and device type, used briefly to keep the service secure and to stop abuse (rate limits). We don't use them to track you.

With an account (13+)

• Sign-in details: the ID Apple or Google gives us and, if you share it, your email (Apple lets you hide it).
• Your profile: name, username, bio and photo, which other people can see.
• What you do: likes, saves, follows, comments, shares, reports, blocks and game scores.
• Sessions: a record of signed-in devices so you stay signed in securely.
• Diagnostics and app analytics: crash reports, performance data and how the app's screens are used (taps, screen views, session recordings of the app's own screens), to fix bugs and improve Pgee. We use these only for people 13 and over, and never for advertising.

Games and AI

Games run separately from the app and receive no account details, install ID or contact information. Some games ask an AI service to choose the computer opponent's next move; those requests contain only the game's situation (positions, moves, scores), never who you are.

Children

Children under 13 can play games rated for their age without an account. We don't let them create accounts, comment or post, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them beyond the anonymous install ID and gameplay data above. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Who we share data with

We don't sell or rent your data. We use service providers to run Pgee: cloud hosting and databases (Railway), game hosting (Vercel), sign-in (Apple and Google), the AI service for computer opponents, and crash reporting and product analytics tools. They process data only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account data is kept while you have an account. When you delete your account, your profile, likes, saves, follows, comments and scores are deleted. Anonymous gameplay data is kept in aggregate to improve recommendations.

Your choices and rights

You can edit your profile, delete your account in the app (Menu → Delete account), or write to us to access, correct or delete your data. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may have further rights, including to object or to complain to a regulator.
